In light of the recent outage to pe2.per5 this evening, engineers will be pushing an emergency firmware update to this device.

Our vendor has confirmed a known process crash and watchdog triggering event that caused the switch to have reloaded with the current software version.

During this window, you can expect a single 15 minute outage to any services delivered from NextDC P2:
- pe1.per5
- pe2.per5
- rs2.wa
- AS10084 Content and Transit services

Engineers will disable all peering sessions using BCP214 compliant filters at the start of the maintenance window, and remove will remove once all internal protocols have converged.
