IAA engineers have identified a fault condition with the pe1.adl3 switch at YourDC Edinburgh Parks, requiring a reboot of the switch to resolve. Engineers will be conducting this switch reboot at 05:30 AM ACDT on Tuesday 24th October. All services in YourDC Edinburgh Parks (adl3) as well as all BGP sessions to SA-IX Route Server 1 (rs1.sa) will go offline briefly as the switch is rebooted. Ports will be drained of peering traffic using BCP214-compliant filters before they are migrated. Filters will be removed once the ports are back online and stable.

The work is expected to take approximately 10 minutes. However, 4 hours have been booked in the unlikely event of an emergency.
