The fixes applied have resolved the issue and no further disruption is expected toward route server 2.

Identified

Route Server 2 suffered a stall earlier which dropped a number of peers as their hold timer expired, the fix requires a reboot of Route Server 2 which will be conducted immediately. Route Server 1 is unaffected at this time.
