IX Australia engineers will be rebuilding the RS1.VIC route server on a new hypervisor platform.

Members should expect their BGP sessions to RS1.VIC (218.100.78.1 and 2001:7fa:11:1:0:1db6:0:1) to go down during this window. RS2.VIC and the peering fabric will remain fully operational throughout. The work is expected to take about ~2 hours. However, 6 hours has been booked in the unlikely event of an emergency.
