We have discovered a Faulty lane on the PLR4 optic where the intercap MEL-ACT land on at NextDC M1.
The intercap service is not impacted by the bad lane, however a new peer has come online and uncovered the bad lane affecting their service.
Smart hands has been engaged to swap out the faulty optic.
The work is expected to take 15~30 minutes, however a 1 hour window has been booked in case of any unlikely event.
No outage to services, as the traffic will flow via the longer path causing potential increase in latency.
