IX Australia engineers will be migrating all SA-IX services to a new EVPN overlay.

Members should expect their peering services to go down during this window. Only peering services are expected to be impacted, however the works may involve restarting of equipment which, if required, will impact all service types. The maintenance work is expected to take about ~2 hours. However, 6 hours has been booked in the unlikely event of an emergency.
