[MAINTENANCE] | QLD-IX | VIC-IX | WA-IX | Firmware Upgrades
Scheduled for Jul 11, 23:00 AEST  -  Jul 12, 04:00 AEST
Scheduled
IAA Engineers will be upgrading the firmware of the switching hardware across multiple exchanges to resolve several software bugs and bring them in line with all other x870 hardware.

Window: 5 hours
Expected Downtime: ~15-25 minutes per site

* Members with service ports within these sites should expect their port to go offline for up to ~15 minutes whilst the switch is being upgraded. Service ports will be drained of peering traffic roughly 10 minutes before their respective upgrades using BCP214 compliant filters. Filters will be removed once the devices are back online and stable.

To confirm the device your service port connects to, please log in to your account via https://portal.internet.asn.au.

ADL<>MEL (Path will re-route ADL<>SYD<>MEL)

The work is expected to take about 1-2 hours. However, 5 hours have been booked in the unlikely event of an emergency.
