IAA Engineers will be performing phase 1 of a hardware upgrade in Equinix SY1 (NSW) during the hours of this notice, including core up-links which will impact RS2 (rs2.nsw.ix.asn.au).

During this time members may see up to 1 x 10 minute outages as service ports are migrated across to the new hardware. This will include any service delivered to that port (VLLs, Peering, Extended Reach and any Bilateral you may have to another peer).


Engineers will be complying with BCP214 by draining BGP sessions before the work commences.
